Item 8.01. Other Events.

On February 10, 2021, the Board of Directors of Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of Class A common stock.  The dividend will be paid on or about March 19, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2021.            

A Copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this report by reference.
